About the App
Case Log by OA lets clinicians log surgical cases, procedures, skills, diagnoses, and hours of care, and track readiness against role-specific goals. Entries are stored on your device and can be exported to PDF or spreadsheet at any time. The app stores no patient identifiers.

Where is my data stored?
Entirely on your device. The app has no account and sends nothing to any server, so your logbook stays private to you.
Does the app store patient information?
No. There are no fields for patient identifiers, and each case is labeled with a random, non-identifying code. Please avoid typing identifying details into free-text fields.
How do I export my logbook?
Open the export option (share icon) and choose Share PDF or Share spreadsheet (CSV). The file is generated on your device and sent wherever you choose through the standard share sheet.
How do I back up my data?
Export a PDF or CSV periodically and save it to Files, email, or cloud storage. Because data lives only on the device, exporting is the way to keep a copy.
How do I delete my data?
Delete individual cases in the app (swipe to delete), or remove all data by deleting the app from your device.
How do subscriptions work?
Any paid features are billed through your Apple ID via the App Store. Manage or cancel a subscription in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device.
