How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your Simple Business by OA account directly within the app at any time.
To delete your account in the app:
- Open Simple Business by OA
- Go to the main Groups screen
- Tap the Settings icon in the top right corner
- Scroll to the bottom to the Danger Zone section
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm your choice in the dialog that appears
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately, including your profile information, all groups you own, and your membership in any shared groups. This action cannot be undone.

Please include “Delete My Account Request” in the subject line and the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.
What data is deleted:
- Your name and email address
- All groups you created
- All tasks associated with your groups
- Your app preferences and settings
What is retained:
- Nothing. All personal data is permanently and immediately removed upon deletion.
