How do I create a group?

From your dashboard, tap “+ Group”, give the group a name, and tap Create. Your plan limits how many groups you can have: Free allows 2, Clarity allows 5, and Momentum allows 15.

How do I invite someone to a group?

Open a group, tap the Members button, then tap the invite icon and enter the person’s email address. They’ll receive an email invitation and will also see the invite on their dashboard, where they can accept or decline.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, enter your email address and tap “Forgot password?”. We’ll send a password reset link to that email. This applies to accounts created with an email and password — if you signed in with Apple or Google, manage your password through that provider.

How do daily reminders work?

Turn on “Enable daily reminder” in Settings. Each day at 6:00 AM in your local time zone, you’ll receive a notification on your device and an email summarizing the tasks that are overdue or due that day.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are managed through Apple. Go to Settings on your device, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, and select Simple Business by OA to change or cancel your plan. Subscriptions purchased on the web are managed from the “Manage Subscription” option in the app’s Settings.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings in the app, scroll to the “Danger Zone” section, and tap “Delete Account”. You’ll be asked to confirm. This permanently removes your account and profile data and cannot be undone. Note that cancelling a paid subscription is separate — cancel it through Apple (for iOS purchases) before or after deleting your account.

What’s included in each plan?

Free: up to 2 groups, 1 invite per group, 3 tasks per section.
Clarity: up to 5 groups, 3 invites per group, 7 tasks per section, calendar integration, basic color palette.
Momentum: up to 15 groups, 10 invites per group, 20 tasks per section, advanced colors, background customization, and Gantt charts.

A task’s due date looks off by a day. Why?

Make sure your device’s date, time, and time zone settings are correct. If a problem persists, email us at the address above with the group name and task so we can investigate.
